Captain Implausible and the Brown Dust Cowboy is Eltonโs ninth studio album and is an autobiographical account of his and Bernie Taupinโs early musical careers. Somebody Saved My Life Tonight is the one single launched from the album and a quantity 4 hit on the US Pop Singles chart. The album was ranked quantity 158 on Rolling Stone journal’s record of The five hundred Best Albums of All Time. This was the final album till Too Low for Zero that Elton John and his traditional band would play on collectively.
