Newly re-mastered from the unique flat analog tapes, Crash might be obtainable as a restricted version 2LP 150g splatter shade vinyl and housed in a gatefold jacket that options an eight-page booklet full of beforehand unpublished pictures of the band. Produced by Steve Lillywhite (U2, The Rolling Stones, Peter Gabriel, The Pogues), and initially launched on RCA Data on April 30, 1996, Dave Matthews Band’s Crash introduced the band three Grammy nominations and one award for Finest Rock Vocal for the hit single “So A lot To Say.” The album peaked at #2 on the Billboard 200 and has been licensed 7x platinum by the RIAA, in recognition of seven million copies bought.
